In this video while on the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stop by the Reinhart Collection in Speedway IN…If You follow the channel you know my buddy Mark Reinhart and His Brother Dennis have a collection of a little of everything….Trucks..Cars..Even some bikes…Motorized and pedal…I just never know what they will have new…In this video it’s Mark’s 1964 Volkswagen single cab transporter truck that He picked up a little while back…He tells Me that when He bought the truck it was completely restored back to stock…Tells Me that although it was cool..He wanted to make a few changes…He took the fresh blue and white paint and gave it a worn patina look..Added some Porsche wheels…Did some suspension upgrades..Added a rockin stereo..and few more personal touches to make it His own….I’m not sure we had a lot of these Volkswagen transporters imported into the states…They were popular in Canada and even more popular in Europe…I have only seen a few in my travels and it doesn’t surprise Me that one of the coolest I have found is part of the Reinhart Collection in Speedway IN…I know You will dig it…Check it out!!!

In this video from the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stopped by Nichols Paint and Fab in Watseka IL…I was there for few days and shot several features of their cool creations, In this video I wanted to try and show you around their shop…As I do Justin Nichols takes Me back to when He was seven hanging out in the shop with His Dad and how all this is his Dad’s fault..lol.. I can relate…All this with Me started by hanging out with My Dad and His buddies at a shop.. Justin has gone from a speed shop He started just after highschool…To working on things after work so that He kept heading in the right direction…To having His own TV show…Wrench’d….As decisions go He says the TV show was a good one…It wasn’t all that it was cracked up to be…But He made several great contacts that He wouldn’t had otherwise….I found them at the NSRA Street Rod Nationals when the were showing Mean Bean…A very cool 1952 International Truck they had built..A couple of years before the TV show….And I have always thought of them as good Friends…I really enjoyed the time I was able to spend at Nichols Paint and Fab while on the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour…Shot some cool Hot Rods and got to visit some cool shops like Nichols Paint and Fab in Watseka IL…Check it out!!!

In this video I stop by Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors just as they were finishing up this 1966 Chevrolet Nova….As You will notice this one is not quite ready for the show circuit….There is no front end ,it is still missing some of the glass and there is still a lot of detail work to be done..What body panels that are there are covered in a medium blue paint..I’m a fan of the color blue and I really dig this shade…The interior is all custom and covered in a copper colored leather…The car has a roll bar so Steve and the boys had their work cut out for them working around that…What they came up with fits the build perfectly and really pops! against that medium blue paint color….Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…I’m good with the ones they chose to run on this 1966 Chevrolet Nova from Steve Holcomb Pro Auto Custom Interiors…Under the hood.. when there is a hood…Is a 383 running throttle body injection so it looks old school. I really dig that!!…This one has been invited to the ScottieDTV Dirty Dozen 2021 at the Pigeon Forge Rod Run so You can come see it finished there….It’s going to be a showstopper!!…Check it out!!

In this video from the 2020 Pigeon Forge Rod Run held at the LeConte Center Pigeon Forge Tn. I check out the 1930 Ford Model A Street Rod “Nailed”….The heavily modified 1930 body is covered in chili pepper red paint…It’s been chopped and channeled 5” front to back….The whole in the roof has been patched and what is left is all Ford and all steel….The interior is all custom leather and green…But before you ewww green…Check it out…It works for Me and fits the build…imho…Out front is a stack injected Nailhead engine and a ton of chrome and smooth paint…The underside of this 1930 Ford Model A is just as nice as the top, with a custom chassis…some nice panel work and more smooth..shiny paint..Wheels and tires are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone….I like the custom wheels they chose to run on this 1930 Ford Model A….The size of the tire is classic Hot Rod and the wheel has a modern look…..Nailed the 1930 Ford Model A from the 2020 Pigeon Forge Rod Run is a very nice street rod for sure….I know you’re going to dig it…Check it out!!!

In this video from the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stop by Garret’s Rod Shop in Columbus Oh…I first met Garret’s Rod Shop a few years back at the Goodguy’s PPG Nationals in Columbus Oh when I shot a Mopar they had competing for Street machine of the Year…We have become close Friends since then…They have been in business for several years and have built a number of award winning custom cars and trucks…Garret started out back in the day at the garage at His house as the business grew He knew they would need more space…So they headed down to the family farm…As You will see in this video they have built a very nice facility…I wanted to do a video that not only showed you their shop but also get some information on their history and maybe a hint of what to expect from them in the future….As karl walks Me around and shows Me the shop He tells Me the answers to these questions…This is a type of video I have not done a bunch of..I think You will enjoy it…A shop tour of Garret’s Rod Shop in Columbus Oh…Check it out!!!

In this video from the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour 2020 I stopped by to see my buddies in Indianapolis IN the Rinehart Brothers at their private toy box…When I show up there I never know what to expect…Dennis and His Brother Mark are into anything cool…From bikes to jacked up trucks and everything in between…Even with that in mind I was knocked out by this 1991 Toyota Supra Turbo..With a the Targa Top…If I could go back and order a 1991 Toyota Supra this is the car that would have showed up…Black with light interior..Turbo…and this one is just like new. Dennis tells Me until just recently the car had never been to a mechanic…Everything but the tires and oil were as it came from Toyota back in 1991. Dennis bought the car when it was just a couple of years old from the original owner and has owned it ever since…I have always been a fan of the Toyota Supra and I shoot them every chance I get….This is a very nice car for sure…Check it out!!!

In this video from the 2020 Ford F100 Show held in Sevierville Tn I check out a 1964 Mercury M100. From my understanding these Mercury pickups were only available in Canada so we don’t see a lot of them here in the States…The current owner of this 1964 Mercury M100 has owned it for around 30 years and about10 years ago the truck underwent a complete custom build…It is now covered in Corvette red that it wears as well as any Corvette ever did…The body has had several modifications made to it..But none that take away from the cool of a 1950’s pickup….The interior is all custom and covered in red leather I think it fits the build really well… Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…I’m good with the ones they chose to run on this 1964 Mercury M100 from the 2020 F100 show…The suspension has all been brought to modern and a lot of the parts have been chrome plated…Not over done under there but much nicer than stock….Under the hood is a Ford 460/514 one of the first crate engines offered by SVT turning out around 600 HP….Plenty of power to get you where You’re going!!..This 1964 Mercury M100 for the 2020 Ford F100 Show Sevierville TN is a cool part of history that is easy to forget..Cool truck for sure…Check it out!!!

In this video from the 2020 Pigeon Forge Rod Run I check out this custom 1955 Divco Delivery Van. I wasn’t around when they used these to deliver milk and eggs…But I’m glad to be around when people start to turn them into custom Hot Rods…Stance is king and this 55 Divco sets right…Wheels are always a personal choice and no one set will please everyone…I’m good with style and size of the ones they chose to run on this 1955 Divco Delivery from the 2020 Pigeon Forge Rod Run..It’s covered in green and blue candy paint that it wears really well….The interior is all custom with a touch of modern parts from the donor vehicle….Speaking of the donor vehicle…The drivetrain of this 1955 Divco Delivery is a late model Dodge truck…..A 4×4 HEMI Dodge truck..lol..That’s right it has a HEMI!! How cool is that!?!?…I wanted to interview the owner and builder of this very cool 1955 Divco but I was never able to work that out….Still a cool walkaround video….It was love at first sight for Me..I know Y’all will dig this one…Check it out!!!

In this video from the ScottieDTV You Can’t Cancel Cool Road Tour I’m in Crooked Lake Indiana checking out a 2019 Dodge Hellcat Redeye…I have shot several new body style Dodge Challengers over the years and have had several request to find and shoot the Dodge Hellcat Redeye so today was the day…I have been around several of these cars but was never in a position to shoot the type of video I wanted to shoot on the car…I didn’t want to do a walkaround…The car has been covered to death…Everyone knows what they look like…I wanted to find someone that had the Dodge Hellcat Redeye that had put some miles on it…I wanted to find a car that was still nice as new..But been driven..Someone that had experienced the almost 800 Hp that is the Dodge Hellcat Redeye..That’s this video…The owner tells me the pros and cons…Tells Me some of the things He has done with the car..Just gives Me a long term review of the car…That’s what I wanted..So if You have ever wondered what it is like to own one of the most powerful street cars ever produced..Check it out!!!
